Geriatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our geriatric/long-term care team at Bloomfield Center in Bloomfield, NM. As a RN, you will provide high-quality care to our patients/residents, working collaboratively with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient/resident.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification is also required. One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
Pay Target: $45-$50 per hour
