Licensed Practical Nurse

Bloomfield Center in Bloomfield, NM is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our geriatric and long-term care team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive clinical outcome.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring high-quality care is delivered.

Qualifications- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.

- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
- Competitive hourly rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour.
