Geriatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our geriatric/long-term care team at Bloomfield Center in Bloomfield, NM. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients/residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:* Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing * CPR Certification is required * One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
