Bloomfield Center in Bloomfield, NM is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our geriatric/long-term care team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts

Qualifications:- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Mexico
- CPR certification

- Competitive hourly rate of $45-$50 per hour
