We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Bloomfield Center in Bloomfield, NM. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
