Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Role Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator collaborates closely with the Marketing Director and various internal teams to implement marketing strategies, oversee SEO, SEM, and Google Ads initiatives, and coordinate our annual trade show calendar. This role demands a quick grasp of our company's offerings and the ability to craft engaging content that enhances the Marcus brand across diverse marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee SEO, SEM, and Google Ads accounts, analyzing performance metrics and trends through Google Analytics.
• Coordinate the trade show schedule, including pre-event planning and post-event evaluations.
• Create and refine a broad spectrum of marketing materials across multiple platforms, such as print media, online content, social media, advertising copy, email communications, brochures, and videos.
• Assist in executing various campaigns using HubSpot.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively engage with clients.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Work alongside the Marketing Director to uphold the overall aesthetic and branding of the organization.
• Support the Marketing Director in developing strategic marketing plans and executing assigned components, including print, digital, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage multiple projects with differing timelines, ensuring timely completion.
• Contribute to the establishment and execution of long-term objectives for reaching new markets.
• Exhibit a willingness to learn and innovate.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Two to four years of experience in marketing or communications roles.
• Proficiency with Google platforms.
• Experience in SEO and SEM practices.
• Video production and editing experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in copywriting and editing.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Mac proficiency preferred.
