As a Parts Sales Professional, you are essential in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction for both external and internal clients while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to ascertain their needs and recommend appropriate parts.
- Respond to incoming inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Reach out to customers proactively to identify needs and promote parts and service solutions.
- Process invoices for parts, ensuring accuracy in discounts, freight charges, and payment methods.
- Initiate daily orders for machine downtime and stock to meet customer transactional needs.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display area using effective merchandising techniques.
- Assist in receiving and processing daily stock orders and transfers.
- Provide support to team members within the department as necessary.
- Relay customer feedback to management for further action.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the department, including display areas and storage.
- Contribute to a safe and tidy Parts Department environment.
- Document shipment shortages and report inventory discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
- Assist with inventory management and departmental reporting.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.
- Promote marketing initiatives for the Parts department.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
- Engage in continuous learning and development through required parts training.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work extended hours and weekends during peak periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to effectively apply consultative selling techniques in daily interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Over one year of experience in parts management is preferred.
- Capability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
- Basic understanding of agricultural equipment is beneficial.
