JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Care Associate plays a vital support role, collaborating closely with the Advertising Director, Multimedia Account Managers, Editorial Staff, Creative Design, and Production teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assist walk-in clients as necessary.
  • Support Advertising Directors and Multimedia Account Managers in selling marketing solutions to local businesses by performing data entry, gathering advertising information/materials, and sending proofs to clients.
  • Provide documentation for print and online advertising options tailored to each client.
  • Deliver demographic display marketing and other digital solution reports along with supporting data.
  • Assist with special sections, exports, house advertisements, inserts, and special projects as required.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and willingness to engage in new initiatives.
  • Capability to work effectively under various deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A fundamental understanding of print and online advertising products is preferred.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are mandatory.
