POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will support our team of Housekeepers, ensuring that our property remains visually appealing and safe. Your duties will include responding to guest requests, identifying and reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring hallways are clear of obstructions. To deliver the highest quality service to our guests, your responsibilities will involve maintaining exceptional standards in guest rooms and public areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete necessary safety training and certifications; store flammable materials properly.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance; uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address their service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express genuine appreciation to guests.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve common objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform overhead and below-the-knee movements, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Carry out other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
