Leadership Development Program Manager

The Chick-fil-A Hawks Creek Leadership Development Program is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a leadership role within our organization.
As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in various areas, including operations, training and coaching, truck ordering and inventory, marketing and guest experience, facilities and equipment, scheduling and labor management, and catering operations.
Our program is built on the following core leadership values:
