Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Francesca's. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for driving business results, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business results by maximizing daily sales plans, managing expenses, and improving metrics through sales floor leadership and coaching.
  • Lead, develop, and coach team members to reach their full potential and prepare them for the next level of responsibility.
  • Provide developmental feedback that empowers and motivates your team, and establish open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with team members.
  • Administer all company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner, and assist with scheduling team members to deliver a high level of service and maximize sales.
  • Maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest, and develop visual decision-making skills and effective communication of our brand.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business results and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and guests.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
