Job Title: SIV Program Manager

Nemean Solutions is seeking a highly skilled SIV Program Manager to lead our team in providing advanced refugee and SIV-related services to the US Government.

Job Summary:

The SIV Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the SIV program, including workload prioritization, team staffing, and coordination with government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in managing refugee and SIV-related programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SIV program strategies to meet government requirements
  • Manage a team of SIV program coordinators and specialists
  • Coordinate with government agencies, including the State Department and DLA
  • Develop and track metrics and SIV workload updates
  • Provide administrative support for SIV-related tasks, including data collection and verification
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing refugee and/or SIV-related programs
  • A master's degree in a field related to foreign policy, security cooperation, management, or business
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and corporate communication skills
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis
  • Ability to formulate management techniques for handling data to ensure data accuracy and security

  • The Contractor must have a Top-Secret Facility Clearance
