About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team at the University of Georgia. As a key member of our Experiential Learning (OEL) team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic partnerships that enhance the student experience and drive academic excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in developing and executing strategic plans, building and maintaining partnerships, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with industry, community, and government organizations to enhance the student experience and drive academic excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including university administrators, faculty, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the OEL Director to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the university's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in program management, with a strong background in developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
