Client Support Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Client Support Coordinator plays a vital role within our Fitech by Deluxe division, focusing on the support and retention of our valued customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing merchants.
- Handle escalations arising from various issues.
- Make informed decisions regarding pricing, refunds, contract renewals, and early termination fees.
- Engage with business customers through calls and virtual meetings.
- Address inquiries related to pricing, service, equipment orders, training, and contract negotiations.
- Conduct customer service retention activities to support our merchant base.
- Maintain an active pipeline of retention efforts and service-related issues.
- Analyze merchant statements and provide clarifications as needed.
- Prepare quotes and conduct rate reviews to support retention initiatives.
- Ensure the completion and submission of necessary paperwork for merchant onboarding and training.
- Track and resolve merchant issues identified through surveys and escalations.
- Provide explanations regarding PCI compliance, fees, and other industry-related topics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience; or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the banking sector.
