RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Client Relations Coordinator plays a vital role within our Fitech by Deluxe division, focusing on supporting and nurturing our existing clientele.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain current merchants.
- Manage escalations arising from service issues.
- Make informed decisions regarding pricing, refunds, account closures, early termination fees, and contract renewals.
- This proactive team member will engage with business clients through virtual meetings or in-person interactions.
- Address a variety of concerns including pricing, service quality, equipment orders, training, and contract negotiations.
- Conduct various customer service retention activities to support our merchant base.
- Maintain an active pipeline of merchant account retention initiatives and service inquiries.
- Analyze account statements and provide clarifications to merchants as needed.
- Provide pricing quotes and conduct rate reviews to enhance retention efforts.
- Ensure the completion and submission of necessary paperwork, facilitating merchant onboarding and training.
- Follow up on and monitor merchant issues arising from escalations and surveys.
- Clarify PCI compliance, fees, and other industry-related inquiries.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience; OR Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Not mandatory)
- Experience in the banking sector.
