Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in foundry operations, with exposure to foundry processes, including melting, molding, core making, and casting.
  • 2+ years of managerial experience in a foundry, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives leading to achieving operational excellence.
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and a safety-first mindset.
