Baseball Team Manager

The Baseball Head Coach is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive baseball program that promotes fair play, confidence, and self-discipline among student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and manage the overall baseball program, including planning and conducting practices, games, and tournaments.
- Develop and implement coaching strategies to improve player skills and knowledge of the game.
- Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of baseball equipment and facilities.
- Foster positive relationships with players, parents, and community members to promote a supportive and inclusive team environment.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective athletic program.
To be successful in this role, the Baseball Head Coach must have:
- Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of baseball rules and regulations.
The Baseball Head Coach will work primarily outdoors, with occasional indoor duties. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate games and tournaments.
