Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate on-site construction teams to achieve project goals
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage on-site progress to achieve budget and schedule goals
  • Perform quality control activities to ensure that all work meets specifications and quality expectations
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in commercial construction with a history of managing projects over $1 million
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience utilizing construction management software and technology to track project deliverables
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • OSHA certification preferred
What We Offer

This is a full-time position with full benefits. Qualified applicants can expect to receive an annual compensation of $85,000 - $95,000.
