Sales Development Representative

SourceDay, a leading cloud-based software solution, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development Team. This role will involve targeting new accounts, prospecting, and identifying qualified opportunities in a competitive environment.
We are looking for a rockstar who can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous success in an outbound sales development motion and possess exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Responsibilities:
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts into our A/B tier accounts
- Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities
- Profile strategic accounts, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
- Set appointments for sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
- Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application

- Successful experience in a highly competitive environment
- Previous success in an outbound sales development motion
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
