Job Overview

SourceDay, a leading cloud-based software solution, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development Team. This role will involve targeting new accounts, prospecting, and identifying qualified opportunities in a competitive environment.

We are looking for a rockstar who can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous success in an outbound sales development motion and possess exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts into our A/B tier accounts
  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities
  • Profile strategic accounts, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
  • Set appointments for sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
