The Inside Sales Team at GetScale

We believe that sales and recruiting are interconnected processes. Selling involves influencing individuals to act on products, services, or opportunities. Our Inside Sales Team focuses on the fundamentals of sales, rather than relying on scripts; this approach enables us to navigate any part of the conversion process consistently delivering outstanding results.

About This Role
  • This is a high-volume position where you will provide inbound and outbound outreach to warm prospects without cold calling.
  • You will meet daily and monthly customer contact goals.
  • Closing warm sales after identifying customer needs and providing appropriate product and service recommendations is an essential part of this role.
  • You will collaborate with other representatives and teams across the company to improve processes, products, and organization while driving sales and conversion.
  • Participating in weekly trainings, 1:1 meetings, and company-wide gatherings will help you develop and grow.
  • This role operates Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm Central Time. After completing your training period, you'll enjoy work-from-home options.

  • A recent college graduate or part-time student capable of balancing work responsibilities with academic commitments would be ideal.
Compensation and Benefits

As a member of our team, you can expect:

  • Paid training - A guaranteed annualized salary of $45,000 during your first 6 weeks.
  • Post-training compensation consists of a base salary and commission. The higher the number of leads converted, the greater your commission earnings.
  • An estimated annual income of $45,000-$70,000.

  • At least 9 paid holidays per year plus 1 paid volunteer day.
  • 17 flexible days off initially, increasing to 20 after your one-year anniversary.
