Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Store Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to customers, educating them on their financial options and making recommendations based on their needs.
  • Assist with customer account management, including accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
  • Meet performance standards by leveraging business partnerships, obtaining referrals, and participating in in-store and community events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build new business, maintain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals using assessment tools.
  • Enter and maintain customer information in our Point of Sale system with accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Utilize a personal vehicle to complete bank deposits and other company business throughout the workday.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with customers and team members at all levels.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, including motor vehicle report, and other background checks as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
