Customer Service Representative

Our current practices include social distancing, encouraging face coverings, frequent cleaning, and adherence to state and local regulations as well as CDC guidelines to maintain a safe atmosphere for everyone. As circumstances change, we will adjust our practices in accordance with state and local mandates and CDC recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire loan or pawn process by educating clients and providing tailored recommendations based on their financial requirements.

2. Assist in managing customer accounts by processing payments and coordinating customer appointments.

3. Strive to achieve company performance benchmarks by utilizing business partnerships, obtaining referrals, and participating in community events.

4. Cultivate customer relationships to generate new business, sustain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.

5. Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately using the designated assessment tools.

6. Accurately enter and maintain customer data in the Point of Sale system with integrity.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

8. Use your personal vehicle for company-related tasks, including bank deposits, throughout the workday.

9. Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet individual and team performance goals.

10. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and engage with customers and Team Members at all levels.

11. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited weekend hours, which is essential for this role. A full-time schedule consists of at least 38 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Proficiency in using phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technologies.

4. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for use during work hours (mileage compensated).

5. Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in certain locations).

6. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, including a motor vehicle report and other required checks (certain exemptions may apply).

7. Physical demands for this position include the ability to remain stationary, move freely within the store, and operate mechanical controls such as a keyboard.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Associate degree or higher.

2. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for specific locations.
