Qualifications:

  • Education: Successfully completed studies in business informatics or a comparable field of study.

  • Certification: Certification as an ITIL expert is desirable.
  • Skills: Very good knowledge of current IT technologies, software architectures, and IT services as a service in accordance with ITIL.
  • Personal Qualities: Very high social competence and communication skills, confident appearance, and enthusiasm combined with a strong focus on quality, results, and customer orientation.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English.
