- Answers incoming calls, distributes calls/messages, and manages store voicemail
- Handles customer complaints and initiates follow-up on existing customer service tickets
- Reviews outstanding customer transactions and verifies scheduled deliveries
- High school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail
- One to three years of monetary or cash handling experience highly preferred
- Strong math skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to multi-task
