Key Responsibilities
  • Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs to enhance patient satisfaction and throughput.
  • Interact with patients and staff to ensure exceptional service and support.
  • Perform HR functions, including hiring, orientation, training, payroll, and direct supervision and development.
  • Maintain safety documentation and training for the unit.
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain high standards and implement company policies.
  • Strong management skills, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong team building and employee engagement skills.
  • Strong hospitality focus, with a commitment to interacting with all customers and employees.
  • Strong drive to make things happen.
  • Knowledge of best practices in patient safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
