Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Multi-Service Operations Manager at RWJBH-NBI- Children of New Jersey, a 600-bed acute care facility in Newark, New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities- Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs to enhance patient satisfaction and throughput.
- Interact with patients and staff to ensure exceptional service and support.
- Perform HR functions, including hiring, orientation, training, payroll, and direct supervision and development.
- Maintain safety documentation and training for the unit.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain high standards and implement company policies.
- Strong management skills, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong team building and employee engagement skills.
- Strong hospitality focus, with a commitment to interacting with all customers and employees.
- Strong drive to make things happen.
- Knowledge of best practices in patient safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in functional areas such as call center technology, computer applications, process improvement, or related areas.
