This role is essential for our apartment community in Petersburg, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, effectively market available units, and facilitate the leasing process. A strong sales acumen is essential.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel and liaise with service providers to ensure property upkeep.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive resident relations.
  • Regularly inspect the property to maintain high curb appeal standards.
  • Assist the Community Manager with various operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior leasing experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with standard office technology.
  • Experience with property management software is advantageous; our team utilizes Yardi.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities is crucial.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
