Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Miami, Florida. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our Shareholders, Managers, and Auditors, assist with daily office needs, and work on quarterly audits of Credit Unions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of administrative or clerical experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel (Intermediate preferred), Word & Adobe
- Experience with IDEA, PFX, Suralink is a plus
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
