About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Professional to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling innovative HVAC and building automation solutions to the construction community, including mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and managing long-term customer relationships with assigned accounts
  • Executing the sales process effectively to cultivate and manage long-term relationships and seek out new sales opportunities
  • Utilizing technical expertise to meet customer needs and provide business and technical solutions
  • Promoting Johnson Controls' value proposition to the construction community
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of six years of successful field sales experience, with at least three years successfully selling HVAC or building automation systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence the market at key levels

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This estimate may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
