Cancer Sales Professional

Bayer is seeking an experienced Oncology Sales Specialist to drive clinical demand, education, and sales of our innovative cancer treatments. As a key member of our Area Customer Squad, you will be responsible for commercializing our comprehensive portfolio of oncology products across the assigned territory in Indianapolis, IN.
About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Bayer's Pharmaceuticals division as an Oncology Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of consistent sales success, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities. They will also possess a deep understanding of various disease states, tumor types, and treatment options to effectively educate healthcare professionals on the unique benefits of our assigned products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong connections with key offices and providers
• Analyze data to build territory growth strategy

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree
• Proven selling skills with the ability to influence prescribers
• Track record of consistent sales success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory
What We Offer:
Bayer offers a highly competitive salary ranging from $146,426.00 to $219,638.00, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and more. Employees can also expect additional compensation through bonus or commission opportunities.
