About the Role:
Global Channel Management, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Eye Care Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Eye Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, prioritizing and problem-solving customer issues and concerns, and managing customer late lists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and problem-solve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer late lists, moving late jobs through the lab and communicating with customers to ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eye care customer service to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in optical or eye care customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of MS Office and electronic communication tools.
