- Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments for patients with our healthcare providers, ensuring timely and efficient access to care.
- Manage Patient Registration: Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collect Payments: Collect co-payments and other payments from patients, providing clear explanations and ensuring accurate reconciliation.
- Support Clinical Operations: Assist with managing physician schedules, tracking referrals and authorizations, and monitoring patient care flow.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Two years of experience working as a Patient Service Representative in an outpatient medical office setting preferred.
