Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Outstanding Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient service through effective communication, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments for patients with our healthcare providers, ensuring timely and efficient access to care.
  • Manage Patient Registration: Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collect Payments: Collect co-payments and other payments from patients, providing clear explanations and ensuring accurate reconciliation.
  • Support Clinical Operations: Assist with managing physician schedules, tracking referrals and authorizations, and monitoring patient care flow.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Two years of experience working as a Patient Service Representative in an outpatient medical office setting preferred.
