Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Beverly Hills Cancer Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our medical staff, including greeting patients, answering phones, and directing calls.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and medical records.
  • Verify insurance coverage and process payments.
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking patient appointments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a patient-facing role, preferably in an oncology setting.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
