  • Stay up-to-date on bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Referrals:

  • Identify customer needs and refer them to business partners for consultative conversations.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of retail products and services to provide informed referrals.
  • Utilize tracking tools to monitor referrals and ensure follow-up.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive cash handling experience.
  • Strong knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment with extensive computer screen use.
