- Stay up-to-date on bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Referrals:
- Identify customer needs and refer them to business partners for consultative conversations.
- Build and maintain knowledge of retail products and services to provide informed referrals.
- Utilize tracking tools to monitor referrals and ensure follow-up.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Extensive cash handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions:
- Normal office environment with extensive computer screen use.
