Job Overview

Join C2R Management, a dynamic and growing organization, as an Assistant Property and Project Manager. This role is essential in supporting our property management and construction initiatives, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and update work orders, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and various building projects on a daily basis.
  • Oversee the procurement of construction and building materials.
  • Supervise contractors during unit renovations and transitions.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with tenants.
  • Handle maintenance and project-related inquiries via phone.
  • Engage daily with building supervisors and porters to ensure timely completion of their tasks and proper use of company technology.
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive calendar for maintenance schedules, appointments, inspections, unit transitions, and ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive self-starter with a knack for finding innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Technologically proficient across various platforms.
  • Clear and precise communicator, both in writing and verbally.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring nothing is overlooked.
  • Dedicated to completing tasks thoroughly and maintaining high standards.

Compensation includes a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses. This is a full-time, in-office position with some fieldwork involved.
