We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions related to computer hardware or software devices.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of computer networking principles, as well as experience with remote desktop software, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows 10. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A+ Certification
  • 2 years of experience in the use and repair of PCs, laptops, printers, smartphones, and other computer peripherals
  • Strong customer service skills
