About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the campus segment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
