Position Overview:


The Event Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales for various events hosted at the hotel, including corporate gatherings, social celebrations, weddings, and other market segments as outlined by the business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at consistently achieving and surpassing departmental revenue targets.


• Engage with clients to assess their needs and deliver exceptional service through thorough communication.


• Cultivate relationships both within and outside the hotel to generate leads and expand the client base.


• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director to create competitive and profitable event menus tailored to client preferences.


• Oversee all aspects of event functions, ensuring precision and clarity in all written communications.


• Manage documentation including Menu and Event Proposals, Contracts, Banquet Event Orders, Daily Events Reports, and Opera S&C Input Standards.


• Finalize event requirements while maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and maintaining effective communication with all departments involved in the event's success.


• Ensure the accuracy of Banquet Checks and conduct a thorough review of billing upon event completion.


• Participate in collaborative meetings with hotel teams and clients, such as Morning Operations Briefings, Banquet Event Order Meetings, Sales Meetings, Menu Tastings, and Planning Site Visits.


• Work alongside the sales team to service existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
