We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Des Plaines, IL. As a key member of our market leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and training to ensure optimal performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, making recommendations to enhance our sales approach.
Sales Performance: We expect our top-performing Sales Managers to earn $118,000-$130,000 annually.

Requirements- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
