Revenue Cycle Manager

Spectrum Vision Partners, in collaboration with OCLI Vision, offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. As part of our comprehensive revenue cycle management strategy, this role will oversee the entire billing and collections process, ensuring timely and accurate payments from payors. With nearly 1,400 employees supporting over 50 clinic locations and five state-licensed ambulatory surgery centers, we are one of the largest multi-specialty ophthalmology networks in the U.S.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience. Our competitive benefits package includes fantastic PTO, promotions from within, and a collaborative culture that differentiates us in the marketplace.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management in the healthcare field. They will also possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
