We're looking for an exceptional Revenue Cycle Operations Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle operations group, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management to deliver data-driven insights and strategic guidance. Your responsibilities will include analyzing historical and current data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, and identifying process inefficiencies in the end-to-end billing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret historical and current data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growthDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metricsIdentify process inefficiencies in the end-to-end billing process and develop strategies to address themTrack and measure the implementation and execution of key strategic initiatives and identified special projectsSupport numerous departments within the revenue cycle, providing analytics that ensure proper asset details are updated in the appropriate systemsDevelop informative metrics that drive improvement of service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodologySupport the reporting needs of the revenue cycle groupConsistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment

What We Offer:

Spectrum Vision Partners offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as an analyst in finance or a similar field
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
  • DOMO and NextGen experience a plus
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required
