Sales and Growth Representative for Public Safety Software

At First Due, we're redefining the public safety software industry with our innovative cloud-based platform. As a Sales and Growth Representative, you'll play a vital role in generating new revenue streams and developing sales pipelines to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an SDR. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and routing quality leads for potential customers within assigned territories and in support of Account Executives and Account Associates through emails, meetings, and phone calls.
Your primary focus will be on supporting discovery with assigned agencies on their needs for end-to-end software solutions. To excel in this position, you must maintain a current understanding of the public safety industry, including software ecosystems, trends, performance indicators, competitive landscapes, and business practices.
We're looking for candidates with 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within the public sector or a SaaS organization. Public safety software experience is a plus, especially in Fire or Emergency Management. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota goals is crucial. You should also have a strategic mind, with a proven ability to come up with innovative ideas and effectively execute them to boost efficiency. Additionally, you should be proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools.

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on relevant professional experience and geographic location.
