* Develop and implement a comprehensive programming strategy that addresses the physical, social, spiritual, emotional, cognitive, and leisure needs of our residents.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure programs are well-integrated into the overall community experience.
* Manage a team of programming professionals to deliver high-quality programs and events.
* Foster partnerships with external organizations to enhance our programming offerings.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in planning and implementing activities, events, and organizing groups.
* Valid state driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
* Knowledge of aging and disability issues a plus.
* Experience supervising/directing the work of others preferred.
