Key Responsibilities- Department Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and supervision to a team of service representatives, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
- Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, including identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Financial Management: Assume full profit and loss accountability for the service department, ensuring effective financial planning and management.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of activities and achieve business objectives.
- Team Management: Recruit, coach, develop, and manage the performance of direct reports, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred.
- Experience: 3 or more years of experience in the B2B Facility Services or Distribution industry, preferred.
- Skills: Strong marketing and sales strategy development experience, ability to set and meet aggressive commitments, and ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance.
- Certifications: Professional certification may be required in some areas.
- Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times and operate a motor vehicle when needed.
