  • Team Management: Recruit, coach, develop, and manage the performance of direct reports, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred.
  • Experience: 3 or more years of experience in the B2B Facility Services or Distribution industry, preferred.
  • Skills: Strong marketing and sales strategy development experience, ability to set and meet aggressive commitments, and ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance.
  • Certifications: Professional certification may be required in some areas.
Physical Requirements
  • Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times and operate a motor vehicle when needed.
