Customer Service Manager for Front Desk Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.

Provide exceptional service to all guests prior to and throughout their stay, maximizing room revenue and ensuring a positive experience.

Supervise and train Front Desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service and efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and improve overall hotel operations.

Analyze and report on Front Office performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a Front Desk or customer service role.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
