Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Contract to Hire Opportunity with Bonus Potential after Training
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound communications related to claims status, eligibility, and benefits. This role requires proficient computer skills and the ability to handle both Member and Provider inquiries. Training will be provided on the Avaya system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through inbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Adapt to various shifts, with availability required between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Attend onsite meetings 1-2 times per quarter as needed.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center setting.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Preferred experience in a Health Insurance Call Center.
- Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
This position demands a high level of energy and the ability to manage conversations effectively. Soft skills and a caring attitude are essential for success in this role.
