Role Overview:
This position is dedicated to embodying our esteemed brands and fostering a Customer Service Culture for clients, store management, internal and external partners, as well as our third-party call center.

- Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize judgment to address customer inquiries and requests through email, phone, and chat, managing escalated situations when necessary.
- Maintain focus on daily productivity and customer satisfaction metrics throughout your engagement.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Document details of inquiries and actions taken to resolve issues.
- Effectively manage multiple applications across various screens.
- Resolve customer issues through independent problem-solving and strive for one-touch resolutions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
