Clinical Decision Unit Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Decision Unit Nurse to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role
This is a .9 FTE, day shift opening (7am-7:30pm, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. As a Clinical Decision Unit Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
