Job Summary:

Columbia George Community College is seeking a collaborative and equity-minded Coach, Preschool, Improvement Specialist, School, Program Leader, Education to join our team. As a key member of our preschool program, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective coaching strategies to support preschool teachers and staff
  • Collaborate with school leaders and program specialists to drive improvement and innovation
  • Provide professional development opportunities to enhance teacher skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular observations and provide constructive feedback to support teacher growth
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and apply this knowledge to inform coaching and program development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in preschool education or a related field
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
