Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative for IV Infusion Devices, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and protecting our installed base of infusion devices. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify new leads and advance the sales process with hospital sales specialties
  • Call on all buying influences to position the value of our products
  • Prepare financial analysis, proposals, and clinical and competitive analysis for customers and prospects
  • Manage account strategies, including committee presentations, product evaluations, and executive suite proposals
  • Negotiate capital equipment proposals and co-manage pricing on captured disposables and services within management guidelines
  • Maintain awareness of competitive activity regarding pricing and sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Train and support Inside Technical Sales (ITS) representatives as needed on pump sales techniques, product knowledge, and competitive sales strategies
  • Drive win-win relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Achieve 100% of sales plan
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in the sales of IV infusion devices at a competitive company or within B. Braun as an ITS or Continuing Care Representative
  • Proven track record of success at B. Braun or at a competitive company
  • Frequent overnight business travel (domestic)
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile registration and insurance
