Role Summary:

As a Senior Business Systems Trainer, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of training programs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining comprehensive business process flow diagrams, mastering new software applications, creating training materials, and conducting training sessions. This position mandates four days of on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis and Process Mapping: Develop and maintain detailed business process flow diagrams to effectively document and visualize workflows associated with new software applications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners to gain insights into business processes, observe demonstrations, and utilize a sandbox environment to create relevant training materials for staff.
  • Training Delivery: Identify various channels for training delivery, including instructional videos, tipsheets, and contextual help resources.
Training and Change Management:
  • Material Development: Create comprehensive training resources, such as user guides and instructional videos, to support user onboarding and ongoing system utilization.
  • Knowledge Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that knowledge base portals, including Confluence, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint, are well-maintained, organized, and accessible.
  • End-User Training: Conduct hands-on training sessions for end-users on Dynamics 365, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to use the system proficiently.
